Well, I joined Weight Watchers and had my first meeting on Friday, January 7th. I have 45 pounds to lose. It's overwhelming! They recommend that you set 5% goals so my goal is to lose 9 pounds by February 17th. I think this is very attainable. I have been doing very good with exercise and with eating this week. I had a little bit of a hard time since I celebrated my birthday on Sunday. I had to have a piece of cake since it was my birthday! I have walked Sunday and Monday. I'm going to try and get in a workout tonight if the kids cooperate! I'm excited about weighing in tomorrow. I will post the results!
